And Stephen A. probably said no they wouldn't, I'd still pick the Warriors/Celtics. Kellerman is just disagreeing with Stephen A. Almost like they're reading off teleprompters. Neither Kellerman or Stephen A. are pure but ClutchFans eats up their fake act. Sad! @tinman @Snow Villiers

He said he should go to Philly. Rockets don't need Butler now that they have Melo :p (joking on the Melo bit)

Eh, I'm not so sure. I mean, MDA has found magic ways to work in two ball dominant players in 13 and 3. But now you add Butler and Melo? Jeez, MDA might be some sort of basketball genius if he makes that work. Not saying the guy isn't smart, but he isn't the Hawking of basketball either. Someone would have to be willing to minimize his role, or specialize in another area.

So can Melo, but is that really his most influential spot, and is that a role he's willing to take. For Pete's sake, a concern for many was that if Melo was willing to take a bench role with this team.

What makes the Worriers work is everyone is specialized and everyone has a role. Butler and Melo muddle that making it harder to nail down how things shake out. Not saying I would turn down Butler coming here, or saying he doesn't make the team better, but it isn't the slam dunk I see a lot of people thinking it is.

Now that we have melo and knight, i think EG is totally expendable. A healthy Knight can give you similar offensive production off the bench to EG. Obviously, Knight isn’t the defender EG is, but adding Butler would solve that issue. We just need to figure out a way to bring in Butler without losing Tucker. Having Ennis, Butler, and Tuck would make the Rockets much better on D than last year. Also having a scoring threat like Melo off the bench would be nuts. He will have so many games where he goes on massive scoring barrages against 2nd units...

SAS point was stupid. Beside the Warriors, every team in the NBA needs Butler more then the Rockets seeing that they're all worse than the Rockets and Warriors.
