Media heads can stay where they at with their thoughtless false narrative predictions! Don't come crawling back to your senses now!
Westbrook is not even close to a true PG. this guy is the best pass dumper with 5 seconds or less I’ve ever seen. He misses many opportunities for open passes [Not consistent]. He’s still a great passer but to me he’s just an SG that’s a ball hog that has the ability to pass but either his B-ball IQ isn’t good enough or he just chooses not to. Still a great player but just not a real PG. Westbrook is looking for the bucket where cp3 is just looking for the best play
To SAS's credit, he does believe Melo will have a better season with the Rockets than he did with OKC because of the reason @mockster pointed out and because of CP3's ability to run the floor like a true general.
I expect Melo to have 28+ ppg if we give him free to shoot in 36 minutes. (keyword: IF) We are going to make him better than he was 5 years ago.
I literally laughed out loud when the preview ticker read "Can Lebron reach KOBE LEVEL" on the top of the screen. Who the hell watches this sh#$ seriously?
To be honest alot of people on this site didnt like the move. So lets not act like we was all in on this, n im pretty sure first melo bad game u will have the "i told you this wouldnt work" crowd. So everybody know were i stand but we gonna evaluate this at the end of the season. Fyi hope they have that melo jersey at the Toyota tonite. See yall at the game. Right underneath the banners. Orange ninja outside of the curb
This is a new Melo thread, not Max or SAS thread They only give us 2 Melo threads within 5 days. The new Melo threads will largely rely on TNT Chuck Barkley, ABC, CBS and NBC. If not, it will be our duty to create the new Melo thread. It's very enjoyable to see a new Melo thread daily.
Anyone who didn’t/doesn’t like Melo on this team is a complete basketball moron. $28 mill Melo vs $2.5 million Melo are two very different things. Paying a future HOF’er who still has it the minimum is a win win. We can all also agree that Melo is no longer a 1,2, or even 3rd option. In OKC Melo was that 3rd option bc that team was simply not as talented as the media made you believe. In HOU Melo is at best the 5th option. You have Harden, CP, Capela, Gordon, than Melo. So let’s not act like signing him has killed our salary cap or that he is a bad locker room guy bc clearly he’s not.
28 ppg assumption (free to shoot and same amount of touches in New York) 3 pointers 5 of 11= 15 points 2 pointers 5 of 11 = 10 points free throw = 3 points this is nothing to do with reality, it is assumption
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Melo won't shoot 46% from 3 on 11 attempts a game. Not even Curry does that.
