    Are you a Spurs fan???

J/k, I appreciate you honest, real post. Whenever I make posts like this, people accuse me of being a non Rockets fan. :(

That's my opinion. He isn't a top 3 and a top 5 is pushing it to me. Other players I would pick over him. Again my opinion. But I think you gotta credit Pop with a lot of kawii success. I don't think Kawii would get any mentions anywhere else as a top 10 player. In the end he is not a top 3 player.

I would love if we all stopped caring if our Rockets will ever be accepted. I love how ESPN brings on all these guys in like Max and Steven A. Smith who are so called specialists in one sport and then they all become the all knowing of every sport. Steven A was a terrible basketball player and Max, really Max is determining if Harden is a top 5 player? Stick to Boxing, we don't forget you have no idea what you're talking about.

Why should we care about his opinion? How long has he been covering basketball?

Why are we bumping Max threads?!
Why are I responding to one?!

I won't listen to what Max said (because he's not very knowledgeable about basketball) but Harden being out of the top 5 at the start of the season is reasonable for some people. Everyone only remembers Harden's last game and they crucify him for that. They don't care that he led us throughout such a great season last year. Lebron is #1 most every year to me (though he's getting older). Preseason I could see people going Lebron, KD, Curry, Kawhi, Westbrook. I don't buy it but non-Rockets fans might. This far into the season, however, Harden has to be at least top 3. I can't see any argument for putting Curry, Kawhi, or Westbrook above him. Curry plays on a team designed to set him up to succeed. Kawhi is Pops created (and really he won't win a chip with this current team, they need at least one more star). Westbrook is better than a lot of people on this site care to admit. But he's not better than Harden (and Harden deserved the MVP over him last year, naturally). If you had only one superstar on a team, then who would take you the farthest? For me it's Lebron, Harden, and KD in some order. Curry, Kawhi, and Westbrook are in a separate category.

Kellerman is not a very knowledgeable about basketball, nor is he a good basketball analyst.
Kellerman got his break as a boxing analyst.
So, if Kellerman is not a very good basketball analyst and said the same thing that everyone else said, why would anyone listen to what he has to say?

The only way Kellerman can get people to watch his show and listen to what he says is to says the opposite of what everyone else is saying.
It is pure click bait and people that respond to what he says fall for his crap.

Almost every single well respected basketball analyst will say that Harden is a top 5 NBA player.
You never here anything stupid from an analyst like Woj, Legler or any other well respected analyst.

In all seriousness, these Kellerman threads need to go.
Furthermore, anyone that posts a Kellerman thread or bumps an old Kellerman thread needs to be banned.

I am surprised to see so many posters here only wanted to pick Davis to compare with Harden while on the other hand, haven't stopped for a second to keep mentioning Harden should be the run away MVP this year.

    Actually I am not surprised.

Harden is the third best player in the league.

    Lebron
    Durant
    Harden
    KL
    Curry
