Shaq: A foot doctor. Craig: You mean a podiatrist? Shaq: I don't know is that what a foot doctor is? Craig: Yes it is. Shaq, after feeling a little embarassed after not knowing what a podiatrist is, asks Shaq: Ok, tough guy, spell it. Craig: P-O-D-I Shaq: No. Wrong tough guy. It's P-E-D. Look it up tough guy. Look it up. Check it. 5 seconds later on TNT, they show the correct spelling: P-O-D-I-A-T-R-I-S-T. Well it is spelled P-O-D, but I wouldn't call Shaq and idiot because I'm pretty sure 90% of people would have 1.) Not known what a foot doctor was called, or knew one existed, or 2.)spelled it p-e-d ------------------ Dream a deadly Dream. . .
I am not a Shaq fan, and have stated on this BBS before that I thought he was stupid, and came into this thread expecting to state exactly that. But I must admit, while I was reading alaskansnowman's post, I thought that he spelled it wrong as well. A little humbling never hurt anyone... I think some of you guys take what he says out of context...a lot of times he says these things just to be silly. I'm not saying he's a brain surgeon, but that's Shaq's charm--you just never know what is really going on in his mind. That one about the Parthenon I'm almost sure was a joke on his part. ------------------
