    While I think Aaron Gordon is overrated, the Magic could not let him walk for nothing without becoming a bigger joke than they already are.

    Very likely to be a very bad contract but hey at least it's not the full max.
    Kinda impressed with the progress in negotiations Hammond has shown tbh.

    I don't think Aaron Gordon is any good.

    Would not want him for half of that amount.

    Pretty much how I feel. He's a decent player, but much more sizzle than steak. Not an impact defensive player, not an impact scorer, generously mediocre shooter, mediocre rebounder. He doesn't excel at any of the important areas for the NBA in 2018.

    He's still really young and athletic, so those are areas that can grow. But if you are giving him this money it better be for expected growth, not shown results.
