Freshman for UCLA, kid can ball! 6'6" PG, scary thing is, he has 2 younger brothers who are still in high school. I think his youngest brother LaMelo, may be a better prospect, but we'll see how he pans out. Anyway, highlight vids.

I would love to see UCLA play IU this year. Both are ridiculous offensive teams.

Ok, he is really good, he has that quick twitch speed, like a young Manu Ginobli

For sure number 1 pick in the draft.

He is a sure fire superstar in the NBA.

Shot is funky but release is great.

    I see Grant Hill.

He's good but that shot is the ugliest thing I've ever seen and idk how he'll get that off in the league. i think upside is a Rajon Rondo type player, a great creator with limited scoring.

he's not a rondo clone but I think he will be that type of player. again type of player not based on physical traits. i see the "type" of player, a creator with limited scoring, ex. paul, rondo, parker, rubio, etc... he's NOT a rose, irving, westbrook, etc...

Terrible comparison. His shot is funky because he is a left eye dominant right hander(which is awkward). His release is great and he shoots most of his threes from NBA range. He will be a good shooter who will struggle to shoot off the dribble going right. In the NBA he will need to learn how to counter defenders pushing him right and in to rim protection. If he does, he will be a perennial all star at worst.

Terrible reply, Shaun Livingston (with more range) at best but with more assists and less scoring.

He is very good and does have great instincts but I do question his toughness, mentally and physically, that would put him really over-the-top.

Isn't he 18? He seems pretty even keeled on the court.

Pre injury Livingston? Livingston was a high end prospect prior to injury.

You went from Rondo who can't shoot to Livingston who is one of the better mid range guys in the league.

Where we going with this? I don't think Ball will be Curry level in regards to shooting. But you are underrating the crap out of this kid. Very polished for a freshman. Very intelligent player.

Agreed. Ball will be a great spot-up shooter, and will be able to shoot well when defenses go underneath screens. His crazy athleticism and size will give him good finishing ability at the rim. On top of that, he's good at finding his teammates. That gives him a lot of options for putting up points for his team. He's going to be good.

His jumpshot likely will keep him from having a good midrange pullup game, but that's not really necessary in today's game.

Yup, he's young and things can change, but i'm talking about the present. Yes, he is pretty even keeled but i don't see what that has to do with toughness. In the pac12 championship game he fell apart in the second half when the game got a little more physical and he had a thumb jammed to his non shooting hand.

Now I'm 100% sure that Fultz will be the better NBA player.

Mentally he seems put together. Something tells me that living in the house with his father put him under constant duress. And he probably has no problem handling pressure.
