http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Wesley David Wesley and former Rocket guard Michael Dickerson are related. I just found that out today.
Here is another little known Rocket fact; Everytime the Rockets lose, a parallel universe is created in which the Rockets won, and all Rockets fans have the option of catching the next ride in the Hale-Bopp comet to go to that alternate universe.
what i found interesting was that he was the one racing bobby phills in that tragic car accident. i totally forgot that was him.
speaking of dickerson, what a first round for the rockets that year...dickerson, drew, and turcan. yeah im still bitter thank goodness for cuttino that year.
hoopstar, dickerson was a very good player. he just had injuries cut short what could have been a very good career. yeah, drew and turcan sucked monkey balls, but dickerson could play.
You need to check out www.johntitor.com...there are infinte universes in which the Rockets win and lose...
What's awesome is the wikipedia page on Matt Bullard! Matt Bullard From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Matthew Gordon Bullard (born June 5, 1967 in West Des Moines, Iowa) is a former NBA player. Bullard played nine seasons with the Houston Rockets and one season each with both the Atlanta Hawks and the Charlotte Hornets. He has career averages of 5.3 points and two rebounds per game. He was known affectionately in Houston as "Air Bull" for his ability to get extreme height on his three-point shots (due to his height at 6'10") and skill at pumping air into basketballs. Bullard currently resides in The Woodlands, a suburb just east of Houston with his family. He recently lost to Dee Brown on the ESPN TV programme Dream Job in the finals as they competed for a coveted sports analyst position on the sports network. Has sworn revenge against both Dee Brown and Pete Chilcutt.
They even knew he was called Air Bull. And also there are pages on Luther Head, Charles Barkley, Stromomile and many others
You realize that anyone and everyone can contribute to wikipedia? If you think some fact is faulty or you want to add to a page, you can!
Yep, I loved Dickerson when he was here. As you said, this kid could have had a great career if it wasnt' for those injuries.
