Yoga helped me put everything in perspective and drastically change my life. it can be as physical, mental and spiritual as you want it to be. Every aspect of my life is better. I even lost 111 lbs and kept it off because of my yoga practice. The power to affect positive change exists inside you. Put your energy into those things that bring you happiness and work to remove or change the things that distract you from that happiness. The little things you do daily will add up.
