Can't wait. I'm hoping someone makes a compilation of highlights for the two brothers called "When Balls attack".
I can see this being a Zoran Dragic type of thing where he goes to the lakers and just spends the season in their G-League team, just because Lonzo (aka Lavar) would probably want him there.
I mean that the Lakers will bring Liangelo to LA to keep Lonzo happy when in reality, its LaVar who would force this idea onto them. i.e. this thread: http://bbs.clutchfans.net/index.php...s-if-they-don’t-sign-his-two-brothers.288382/
Did Lavar speak their chances out of existence? There have been various threads on Lavar's tactics and behavior, with many pointing out that it was achieving his desired effect. But it was a strategy that ran the risk of some day being too much, and backfiring. Was this that day? Teams aren't looking to take on a headache for players of questionable to marginal ability. LiAngelo might get a tryout somewhere, but how good would he have to be now to warrant the headache? For his brother...if you're not getting many minutes on a Lithuanian minor league team, your chances in the NBA were dim to start with, and likely just got dimmer. Lavar might finally be going too far...but then I thought Dennis Rodman's 15 minutes of fame was up long long before it actually was.
