He is not good at coaching, this team is talented and we dont need to be competitive just a few fundamental corrections.

    Offense
    1. More harden dwight P&R at the elbow, that worked great a couple years bck vs portland in the playoff series but we never really went back to it.
We need to have a go to play to support hardens iso (Harden has to commit to passing to dwight more, and dwight has to commit to setting screen hard then rolling hard) get our starts in sync its the only way

2.No more Ariza transition 3s...plz for the love of god

3.More movement off the ball , this is what kills us on offense because of our predictability.

    Defense

1.Dont switch on ever P&R ...fight for position, show some heart for crying out loud, it keeps putting us in impossible positions on defense.

2.This is on the players not JB but play with eneregy, thats one big thing missing from last years defense is just effort. Its looked better that last cpl games, hope it continues.

    3. stop with the gambling, ball watching defense....play for position not TOs, these gambles are a cause for alot of easy buckets, i understand we want to get out and run but we can do that off a rebound too.

feel free to help JB, Its my homerism i know but i do think this team can beat okc or SA in a series if we just take stupid out of our game and nothing else, and thats not hard to do if your patient focused and disciplined...these things can be taught and changed during the season
