Inconsistent scorer, kills ball movement, jacks up too many shots, mostly takes outside jump shots. He's Ron Artest without any D.

He has three inches on Ron Artest though ;)
No defense in Adelman's system.... I call it no surprise.
Derrick Williams has arrived that is the only reason Beasley is going out..... Wes Johnson is not the reason, he plays like a fart this season. Turnovers all over the place.

There was a lot of chatter last season the T-Wolves tried to dump Beasley because of his immaturity. It's been long assumed he didn't have a long-term future there. Just a matter of when he was gone.

Sigh. He could be the next James Worthy if he wasn't such a dumbass.

I posted an article in another thread saying the Durant family thought he had
'manners'. How in the world can he regress back to a kid?

Minny asked for 2 1st rounders actually. Lakers laughed

Offensively he's way better than Artest.

So really there is not comparison between the two.

Beasley didn't regress, he just never grew up. I probably saw more than half of his games at K-State and he seemed OK at the time.

Kevin McHale might make or break him. Adelman is a player's coach, he won't take out the whip

If Beasley can't be housebroken by Riles, I don't think there's much hope for him. I said after the trade he would produce in Minny because it's a low-pressure environment. If a team signs him long-term this summer, they will regret it the minute the ink is dry.

I can see Mchale reaching him. Then again, the Squid is glued to the bench, so who knows.

Of course there is baggage involved. How in the world is a second overall pick available for just another first rounder? At that price nobody is going to expect Durant or those type of players.

Beasley for 2 late 1st rounders? I'd jump on that.

MB has some talent, even though his head needs to be fixed.

Beasley being the #2 pick of the draft is completely irrelevant now. Miami dumped him for peanuts and gum two years ago. He's a known quantity and his track record speaks for itself. Beasley is a talented, flaky loser who will wear out his welcome sooner than later.

So at what age can you label someone a loser?
23? Might not matter to you.

So you have a winner in Scola, one of the biggest on international stage, but neither can he turn back the hands of time, nor can he outjump anyone at this point.
Winner in the wrong environment, no difference maker....
Loser in the right environment, valuable asset.

played like crap today. Beasley is a very good bench player in this league who can score, cant do much else. Clippers D sucked and he took full advantage last night
