Lakers can now form a super team with Kawhi, PG, Lebron and CP3

With Woj's new of Kwhai demanding a trade to LA, they now have a chance to form a super team with Kwahi, PG, Lebron and Chris Paul.

First trade Ingram, Ball, Frye and a first round pick for Kwhai. Spurs may get better offers from Celtics or 76ers, but if Kwhai insists that he only resign with the Lakers, that's deal Spurs can take. With this trade, they don't lost any cap room, and are still able to sign two max free agents.

Sign Lebron and CP3 to max. Lebron thinks about family and championship, which he can get both in LA especially when he can convince CP3 to go with him. Paul wants championship, with LA already having Kwhai and Lebron, it's not a bad destination.

Finally, convince PG to opt-in, and trade Kuzma, several picks, and Luol Deng for PG. They can try to get a third team to dump Deng's contract, just like what we want to do with Anderson. And in fact they can offer more. PG opt in will mean that he lose 10M next year, but it is still possible given how eager he has been to play for his hometown.

    CP3 + PG + Kwhai + Lebron, that's a great superteam.

Like most things that could be a big smoke screen as well. There are too many balls in the air right now to know what they will be doing for sure.

Hey why not? I hear the Lakers also have cloned Michael Jordan and are ready to out him on the court.

CP3 isn’t going to LA. He’s staying in Houston for the max. You are also crazy if you think the Thunder are taking Luol Deng’s $18 million contract to get Kyle Kuzma as part of a Paul George sign and trade. And the Celtics, Knicks and Sixers could all beat that trade offer for Kawhi. The Knicks can offer Porzingis, the Sixers’ Ben Simmons, and the Celtics have a ton of young players and lottery picks. They also could engage San Antonio in a Kyrie for Kawhi swap, too.

Thunders won't need to take Deng, Lakers can find a third team. As I said, it's hard, as hard as we trying to find a third team to take Anderson's contract in a potential Lebron sign and trade, but Lakers have more to offer than us.

Again, I already said that 76er(I don't think they will offer Ben Simmons) and Celtics can offer more than the Lakers, but what if Kwhai says that he won't resign or even play(like what he did this season) if he doesn't get traded to LA? LA's offer is good enough for the Spurs to accept.

The Thunder would want Kuzma, they wouldn’t take Deng in any scenario, and it means those picks you have going to OKC would be traded to the team eating Deng’s deal. Which makes the deal even less appealing for the Thunder.

The Sixers will offer Simmons if LeBron agrees to play there. If not, then they wouldn’t. But they could still offer Fultz, Saric and draft picks. That’s in the range of a Lakers’ offer, too.

As for the Celtics, they could either offer Kyrie straight up, or offer Brown or Tatum, Rozier and lottery picks from other teams, and take the gamble Kawhi stays. They have so much talent and picks that they wouldn’t be compromising their future by doing so, either.

Even the Knicks could offer Porzingis for Kawhi, if they’d rather build around Leonard.

Point is the Lakers offer isn’t even close to the best one the Spurs will get.

Yeah, it's never a bad idea to have your three best players share the same natural position.

in the past maybe, but nowawadays they would be up there with the warriors for the best switching defense. kawhi is kawhi, george plays great D when not carrying an offense, and lebron maybe not always be motivated in the regular season, but is a great switching defender who almost no one goes at 1-on-1. it would be at legit a switching D as you could draw up.

    Sorry, ESPN trade machine malfunctioned.

Still they can trade Ball Ingram and Hart for Kawhi, and have about 61M cap room, which might still be enough to sign Lebron and CP3(assuming they take some pay cut).
