    I read a lot of Lakers fans asking to trade Randle saying he just plays for himself and puts up meaningless numbers...fwiw.

    Isn't Kuzma one of the worst defensive players in the league? IIRC his defensive +/- is the worst (or was for a bit).

    Similar, but I feel like Randle's athleticism is on a different level. If he's on the trade block, any chance Rockets have interest? Would be a good fit with D'Antoni, but I have no idea what assets we have to offer.

    A defensive front-court of PJ-Mbah-Randle would be pretty lethal and versatile off the bench

    How is his defense? He is not a great rebounder. So maybe he is not the best player they need at that position. However you are a rebuilding team I would keep on playing the young rookie that shows promise. Or are they also benching Ball?

    If he's being benched because of his defense (I'm not saying he is) then the whole coaching staff already needs to be replaced.

    He is the best thing going for the Lakers right now. Yes better than Lonzo, and yes a hell of a lot better than Ingram. Who was the poster who basically flat out said I'm stupid for saying before the season started I'd choose Kuzma over Ingram?

    Quite frankly he needs to be jacking up 15 shots minimum every night and playing as much basketball as he can. The Lakers are woeful. Barring LeBron and another max free agent joining forces there, they are not going to be competitive.

    It makes no sense to reduce the one thing going well for you.
