I think you're right. If he focused on assists his whole career, he would have had a ton. That being said, who cares?
I kinda agree actually, he was extremely good in games where he focused on setting up the rest of the guys. Tall for his position, great vision and knows when to pass (these points sound r****ded given his usual playing style and gunning, but everyone can see his capability when he's focusing on it. Same with McGrady.
