“Put me in coach I am only 85.” Note to Gundy: We need to build a young champion caliber team with a few senior players for guidance. We are not a shelter for the elderly. Knock it off Gundy! Knock it off! It is not funny anymore...
what about Eddie? IIRC, Eddie played real well for us....was a better shooter in his last season than many we have now...hell..he was better than many in this league right now on any team. So...your point was?
Eddie was definitely great (t least that one big 3-point shot against Utah) for us despite the fact that he came here only at the tail end of his career. He had an unusual release form but the ball somehow found it to the bucket. Rod Strickland could have helped yesterday against the Pacers. He could have spared Sura some minutes. When Sura left for a breather, Barry was brought in more as a result of the fear of matchup problems that the team might have been faced with if Barret was inserted. So I expect Barret and Strickland to see spot/situational minutes as deeemed fit.
I heard we are sending Tmac and Gaines back to Orlando for these guys... ...is that Bill Parcels in the middle !?!
That's funny too. Guys, instead of pointing fingers at each other, we should always have a sense of humor. way to go!
For immediate short term results, give me a grizzled veteran who knows how to play the game over an untested rookie any day.
How about bringing this guy out of retirement Number 34, not 23 and definitely not number 12 (He's still counting against the cap anyway)
eddie johnson was still pretty good when came here. if someone could shoot like that on our current team we'd be better off then we are. as for strickland i don't think he'll really play all that much unless sura goes down so it's not that big a deal to put him on the team. we are probably the oldest team in history now.
willis25, that dude on the pics far left don't look nothing like Joey Crawford - i mean damn, Al Bundy's gut didn't have nothing on Joey Crawford's gut back in the day. It's crazy to he think he use to look like that and now runs up the court as an NBA ref at such an old age.
