Kevin Durant responds to criticism on social media

He mad bro.

 

KD is an insecure little bit*h but I gotta admit, that IG post is stupid as hell. All three of those guys elevate their teams more than Steph.

 

It's amazing to me how far public opinion of Kevin Durant has fallen.

He went from this persona of a quiet, generally well-liked, mild mannered dude to a totally petulant, childish coward almost overnight.

It's almost like he was never actually a nice guy to begin with... he just skated on the fact that nobody ever really paid that much attention to him.

 

Mental midget.

If I had a dollar for every time someone was an ******* to me on the internet I would have more money than him. It's pathetic that he wastes his time on stuff like this - I'm assuming this is how he motivates himself but it's pretty petty to take the negative words of dummies and or kids to motivate him to want to try harder. Grow the **** up dude....

 

Why waste energy on something called “bucketcenter”?

Media made him out to be a nice guy. He was never the person media painted him to be. I still remember how shocked everyone was when it was revealed Durant had a massive chest tattoo, lol. No that you can't be a nice guy and have tats, it's how perfectly the media shielded him from everyone no one knew 5 years into his NBA career.

 

I take at least some degree of solace in the fact that despite winning 2 titles, he still doesn't have that championship respect. The important part is that he knows it, and is clearly insecure about it.

Curry, Thompson and Green are living the high life, Durant is still craving that glow.

 

He is a cowardly cupcake.

Which is why he pulled off the greatest cowardly act in the history of the league and ran to the Warriors and keeps taking paycuts to stay there.

 

The funniest part was that the Warriors themselves dissed him when he won it this time.

I mean how sad is that. Your own teammates know you didn't earn the rings and called you out for it lol.

Yeah you can brush it aside as a joke but you know it, they know it, the rest of the world knows it.

They are just using you Kevin and you are using them for your cowardly reasons.

 

Life for Durant is about to get even worse.

Whatever celebrity status and privilege he enjoyed in Cali is now going to be sucked up by the LeBron media blackhole. All the dormant Lakers band-wagoners are already coming out of the woodwork or jumping off the Warriors ship.

This could get ugly...

... I mean ugly like Durant taking another paycut to join the Lakers next summer...

 

That’s the OKC mantra...they’re the only pro game in town and use that fact to restrict access to media folks they like. San Antonio is very similar.

You never get the full story in both places because the media can’t afford it.

 

They are one of the worst in the league imo. Their PR staff are the most overprotective, oversufficient player-media watching group in the league. They are ridiculous especially when you see how teams with other big stars (Golden State for example) provide media access and don't hover over media talking to their players the way OKC does.

 

I feel sorry for him. Actually, no. F*** KD.
