Not bad for the 22nd pick. He's ahead of Corey Magette, among others. Francis is at no. 2. http://espn.go.com/nba/rookiereport/index.html
What's scary is that the No. 3 pick in last year's draft isn't even ranked in the top ten rookies. Sheesh. And who was drafted No. 5? He's not in the top 20. ------------------ I have a dream.........his name's Hakeem.
Jonathan Bender was #5. He's the HS kid that was selected and traded for Antonio Davis. He broke his wrist in preseason and missed the beginning of the season.
In all fairness to Baron Davis, he has been playing behind David Wesley. He's hasn't been thrown directly into the mix like Brand, Francis or Odom. From the looks of him, I expect him to be a far above-average player in the future.
