Judge Gonzalo Curiel, born in Indiana and had risen to become the Federal District judge in San Diego, CA, who was denigrate by Agent Orange during the Trump University fraud case, has been assigned to handle a lawsuit brought on behalf of a California resident who was deported in February despite being approved for the Deferred Actions for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, which provides protective status for undocumented immigrants brought to the country as children, "Dreamers", altho Agent Orange has consistently maintained that deporting a "Dream" is not good; but ICE, under the leadership of former General Kelly, has done just that. Unlike our idiot in chief, Judge Curiel is a qualified professional and (most likely) would not allow personal animus to enter into his deliberations. As a judge, he renders decisions on facts and law.
I guess Curiel will have to recuse himself now that a random person on the internet admitted he has a conflict of interest.
