Wtf even if the 13 yr old chick didn't file a suit the United States of America should've filed a suit for rape (sex with underaged girls counts as rape).

That is wrong on so many levels govt officials who catch people watching underaged vids get labeled as a sex offender even with no one filing suits against them. Malone should've been tried he actually did it. What about the teacher who had consensual sex with her student she ended up in jail this dude impregnated a 13 yr old girl and even refused to provide financial support.

And then despite his out of court settlement he should still provide support for his child, that is written in the law parents are supposed to provide support for their children.

 

He also went undercover in all his illegitimate children’s lives.
