The reason why we have such high cases is because we are a free country that tries to let its citizens have as much freedom as possible and that includes freedom of movement. Do I think that Americans should take this more seriously and stay home? Yes. But we should all appreciate the freedoms that we have to come and go from our homes to wherever we want whenever we want. America is also doing much more testing now than other countries so the number of cases will rise faster than others as well.
