    Texans just acquired some cap form releasing Hoyer.

    The Texans could have twice as much cap space as they do and not have what he's seeking. the 14 mil a year franchise was less than he wants.

    Norman is a bad guy who was going to jake it for "only" $14MM. Panthers did the right thing here.
