Good for him, but their owner is relatively cheap (no D League team to save money, traded 1st rounder for Bobo and didn't match just to avoid the luxury tax). Good thing he's in the east. If they matched Bobo, they'd probably have enough assets to move him later or make another deal and possibly move up in the east if Cleveland falls apart.

Gives the Wizards a great excuse to tank, but unfortunately buys Grunfeld another year. Also makes Wall harder to trade, although that wasn’t happening anyway. And for the Rockets, an Ariza buyout is inevitable unless the Lakers are desperate enough to trade. Still I’d kick the tires on Porter.
