Take the following in the spirit it's said in it of course as both guys here are fans of CP3 personally. https://sports.yahoo.com/jj-redick-loves-chris-paul-172748483.html JJ Redick and Chris Paul were teammates with the Clippers for four seasons. On the most recent episode of "The J.J. Redick Podcast," Redick and Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell had the following exchange: Redick: "CP's trickery -- it's annoying, right?" Mitchell: "Yeah. And he just says whatever. He just throws the ball." Redick: "He's yelling at the refs, he's doing his little sweep-through on the left block (laughter)." Mitchell: "I told him, I said 'there's gonna be a day where I get you a technical foul.' And that'll be the happiest day of my NBA career." Redick: "I love CP." Mitchell: "That's my guy." Redick: "But he's got some bulls**t with his game. Sometimes, it's baffling to me."
That’s why he is arguably the best point guard of the last decade and half and will probably go down with Magic and Stockton as the top 3 pure points ever to play the game right?
Lol it’s easier for the not as skilled players to pass judgement. It’s a little cringy tbh. But yaknow we play in the soft days of nba and CP doesn’t take no crap
Always had respect for CP3 dude is the point god There’s a lot of players I’ve disliked CP3 has never been one of them
Me: Why is it spelled “Paull” Also Me: Because we gave him that extra L in 2015. I’ll be here all week ladies and gentlemen.
I think there is just an acceptance that everybody is getting away with stuff and you are not going to get every call so that better be a part of your game if people are going to get physical with you. Stockton wasn't like that at the beginning of his career but after Malone was there he adapted quickly. I think they are so cheap at it because they are so good at vision and quickness and the feel on the floor that once they started getting away with stuff it was like a test to see how far they could go studying people's movements.
I still agree... CP3 is one of the worst floppers in the league and just cause he helped us win 3 games against the Warriors doesn’t change my feelings about him. Sure he’s an amazing player nobody will argue that but he’s still a snake sometimes.
