Im with you on the preposterous trade proposers, but in all fairness DeAndre wasnt bought out and released by New York. Whether or not he wanted to come here was null and void when they decided to keep him. I would venture to guess that if he WAS available then he would have come to Houston.

With that being said, Harden is more likely to recruit a beta star like Butler

I know you dun like Cowherd but anyhoot, he suggests trading injury prone Embiid, letting big contract Tobias Harris go.

Stay with Butler, Simmons, Redick and other shooters.

    Here we go again.

Shoot for high profile names in the summer. Then wait for the trade deadline big names. Then wait for the buyout market. Then end up with role players.

I’ll believe it when I see it.

Guys...why do y'all do this to yourselves every year?

We aren't getting a star with no assets or cap space.

He's basically saying that between their 4 top players, the Sixers should keep the two that fits worse together lol

I’m sure we’ll have all these dudes with sources or guys who magically got someone that works with the Rockets saying Butler to HOU is happening as usual

“guy I know who works in the marketing department told me they’re making Jimmy Butler banners and posters”

“they’re set to make a big announcement next week”

“99% sure Jimmy opting in and heading to Houston”

“heard Tilman at the bar saying Jimmy a done deal”

Took a bit for me to come here and post because I have just been disgusted and avoiding basketball the past week. Jimmy Butler won’t help us. This wasn’t a failure of personnel or not enough pieces. We were not even in correct defensive position. Couldn’t get a rebound. Wide open, butt naked layups. Not getting back in transition. The cliche let’s just add another wing defender doesn’t apply here.

You can throw every name out there on who the Rockets will get, it will not make a difference unless the system changes..

You keep doing what you're doing, you'll continue to get what you get...

No, Jimmy Buttler is not the perfect fit.

-Rockets need a guy to get rebounds and hopefully hit the mid-range or 3pt... buttler doesn't

-Rockets need players who can function a catch and shoot type 3 pointshooter... buttler is not

KAT, or K. LEONARD are the perfect fit

In the old cyber butler trade thread I got some info that he wanted to come to the rockets, I’m assuming he still wants to *it seems that way*.

If anyone wants to reference that thread they can, what I said was on point before any info came out. I’m not an insider but I was able to get some info on that particular topic. I mean even codman liked the post so he must of thought it was legitimate Aswell

But it’s fine if you don’t believe me I said melo would be here this year and people shredded me apart but guess what he came here. Just like anybody else sometimes I can get some bones I’ve been in the sports world before, take it or don’t. Most of the time I’m just posting my own personal bs opinions but This time I’m using factual info or least what I assume is factual and based on previous reports it turned out what I said was true. There’s plenty of evidence
