That was just pretty much the worst thing,” Jeremy Lin said. “It sucks because we’re a close-knit team and we actually really, really care about everybody that got shipped off and it was just really emotional for me.
“To be honest, I was like ‘I don’t even want to play. I don’t even want to play tonight.’ It was really emotional. I wish them the best. It just sucks to see them go and I guess that’s a part of the business but that’s a tough part for me.

I hope he "doesn't want to" play more and pull out more 29/8 nights. Jokes aside, I hope he better get use to it, since he's on Morey's team now, what else is he expecting...

I created the thread to share how close the players on this team was. This team had so much success not just because this or that player was good, but how this team has a lot of chemistry, the young guys have a lot of energy and they are just trying to build something great here.

Yep, I agree. I like to see how close this team is. I think that closeness and chemistry is definitely a part of the reason they've been able to succeed as well as they have. I hope the addition of the new guys and the subtraction of 'the shipped out four' doesn't disrupt the chemistry too much. We'll see how they make out tonight....

I'm a little confused by some of the reactions to your OP....but maybe I'm just dense.

Just a guy who cares about his teammates.

We're lucky to have Lin, Parsons, and Asik.....guys who have talent, are hard workers, know they aren't Harden level players, and are willing to put the team first. Most teams don't have players like that.
