Nothing is wrong with him having legion of fans Except that they are basically trolls on basketball boards Because they are insecure about any criticism of him, they do this and disrupt basically a personal conversation between fans of a team Go back and see the post created by a brand new account saying that Harden didn’t win a title but Lin did. That’s extreme insecurity. If there was a real Lin fan site , no Rockets fan would create an account and say something like Harden is better than Lin toward his worshippers because it’s a given and not worth the effort. It’s like yelling at jellyfish. What’s the point ?

I doubt he plays in China next season. If anything, he'll join his brother in Taiwan just for the sake of playing with his brother. Sad that Lin's NBA career is looking like it will be cut short due to not being able to come back from his patellar rupture. I read an article that most NBA players who have suffered a ruptured patellar see their minutes diminish and quickly end up ending their career because the knee just doesn't have the durability anymore.
Some high-level players can impact the game without the ball. Only truly elite players can impact the game without minutes.
If he goes to China then his fans will infest the Chinese teams message board and tell them how racist their team is when he gets demoted and replaced by a Chinese Patrick Beverley They will tell the Chinese fans about his hard life in Palo Alto California and school days at Harvard and how mean the rockets fans were when he jacked up air balls and turnovers when he was overpaid @Zboy
