He can keep saying that but he is also in the boat with everyone else that hasn't seen Chris Paul as a point guard leading this team therefore how would you really know how Carmelo would fit... a question in a question. I respect JVG though.

Is he still mad on rockets because his job was given to MDA?

The fit definitely isn't natural. What makes it a no-brainer is getting rid of choking dog Ryan Anderson and his horrific contract.

Honestly, I'm not sure Melo is worth giving up a good asset. For Ryno? Pleeeease make it happen.

I don't think there's any indication that he ever was.

Ever since JVG said the OKC Westbrooks overachieved last season, I've started to question JVG's opinions.
JVG is the only real one we got in the media, so I still trust him.

Love JVG but he is one of the most inept coaches on the offensive side. I would totally consider his defensive point of view of things. Anything else I'd take with a grain of salt.

JVG lost his job to Rick Adelman because the Rockets couldn't beat the Jazz in the first round of the playoffs with home court advantage.

JVG didn't know how to beat a defense that simply fronted his 7'6 center... Stick to the rivers and lakes you're used to, Jeff.

JVG says nothing but good things about the city of Houston. This includes the Rockets, Texans and Astros

    He loves living here.

Why does everyone act like 3 elite iso players would not work especially when 2 of them are elite facilitators?

Time for clutchfans to trash him. Anyways... I see where he's coming from. Melo is one of the best pure scorers we've ever seen, but I'm worried about the fit as well....

The main reason I want him is for the playoffs

This is what I don't get with people

    Natural fit doesn't matter

When you can get a player that averages 20-30 ppg on any given night and is a superstar that can make superstar plays. You just go with it

You know who else probably doesn't think Melt is a natural fit? Mike Dan Tony.

But we gotta up the risk profile because Golem State.
