It was nice to see Ibaka and Harden showing each other love after those rumors of Serge wanting to kill Harden for supposedly tapping Keri Hilson's fine ass

Haha. I never thought I would prefer Jason Terry over Kenny Smith. Unbelievable!

He does handle interviews well...but honestly he doesn’t really speak from the heart. A lot he just says the best things to say. I love when players just tell it how it is, and speak to the media like they would speak to a friend or staff member. Harden kinda puts on a act in his interviews. IMO

Why should a player "speak from the heart" in a post-game interview again? That's silly. Harden busts his ass every game, produces and helps the team win. That's good enough for me.

Focused.... no kids... no wife.... no personal drama... just a 29 year man that is the best in the world at what he loves to do... and wants to maximize the time he has left to be great.

Faired, CP3, Tucker, Capela..Love when they get interview...So you mean to tell me that you wouldn't be more interested with someone speaking to you from the Heart, like a normal Human being, Just telling you like it is. Or someone that just always says the good things to say, what everyone wants to hear?

That "ACT" has a name: Professionalism.

Why would he speak to the media like he would speak to a friend??? That's almost as dumb as you speaking to your friends like they were the media.

So Harden is not normal?? Just because he doesn't "keep it real" enough for you?

How is this for reality- your criticism of Harden seems childish like the kids at the back of the class room criticizing the kids in the front "for trying to sound all educated and grownup" when discussing the lesson with the teacher.

I like his polished interviews - that is the REAL world where diplomacy and professionalism rule. I'm glad he doesn't feed the trolls.

When did I ever say anything about his professionalism? CP3 tells it like it is, does that mean he's not "Professional"?

I'm speaking about a level of comfortability. Reasons why I mentioned friend or Staff Member.

Again, this is just my opinion.

I remember early in the season, he said in an interview that he wasn't worried about MVP, all about winning and a Championship. A week later, he is somewhat of the MVP front runner, and he says, Yeah I want it, I have to get it or whatever.

Or how he handled the 30 pt streak ending.

You don't have to, but I would love it if he was more candid and honest during interviews like most Stars/Veterans. He is the best player in the game, he doesn't have to feed into the narrative, he should create the narrative.

That’s all I’m saying, This is not attack on Harden,

    K

All I know is he is a wizard on the court and I loved how he handled himself in the post game pressers last year.
