James harden is underrated .

    Who would have thought that a CP3 led team could look so dysfunctional on offense ?

    Yes , I'm saying the guy who just won MVP is underrated .

    The amount of high quaility shots james is able to generate both for himself and his teammates is staggering.

    We are literally air balling and badly bricking shots without him .

    I'm saying a prayer for his hamstrings. May they stay healthy the rest of the season

    Let’s be honest here. The whole team has been struggling with or without either harden or Paul.

    Did you miss those two loses when Paul was suspended?

    Yep. CP3 was amazing last season despite his age mainly because he was playing against backup units. We don't have that luxury anymore.

    We kept it a 1 possession game against the Clippers because of Harden - same team we got blown out against the next game, he singlehandedly dragged us back into it against the Jazz despite Gordon being a liability - probably would've won us the game if he didn't get hurt & he was the one who closed the game out against the Lakers at Staples.

    I did not miss them .

    Harden singlehandedly kept us in both of those games .

    Our offense has been just as bad as our defense all year long.

    I would say our mighty struggles on offense directly effect our poor defense thus far.

    Absolutely .

    Our offense has been a whole different level of trash when James isn't out there though .

    1) transition for opponents
    2) we get frustrated
    3) pressure to play perfectly

    We need our offense for our defense to win games . We can get stops when we lock in , but we can't lock in for the full 48 .

    L is a L last time I checked. Also remember I’m not arguing that harden sucks. We obviously miss his abilities a lot but to say Paul sucks and that because harden is out that’s why we’ve been sucking is not a fair assessment in my opinion.

    With this same team, without CP3, defense, and the help of EGO shooting, Harden keeps it close with a chance to win. No other person in the NBA can do that. I'm sure of it now. Harden takes Lebron's Lakers to the WCF.

    Totally. Harden is and always has been top 5 player in the league if we even come close to sniffing the playoffs it will be all because of Harden’s will.
    No one matters more to his team than Harden and anyone who argued otherwise was just hating.

    Don't you think your post was simplistic?

    Yes Harden is awesome on offense but the team as a whole still sucks this year and I don't get blaming Paul

    Outside of Game 1 we weren't getting embarrassed on a nightly basis despite being undermanned though. That's the difference.

    i'd say coach B, trev, and luc are underrated.
