    Howard not even remotely comparable.

Paul was enough and Harden brought those b*tches to their knees, but as soon as his All NBA teammate went down it was over.

Harden has objectively had less talent around him than all the champions. More importantly, we were playing Durant's Warriors. Absolutely everyone but the Rockets got crushed easily by those Warriors.

"He has had help" is true but only because it is so vague.

Howard was still an elite player his first two years here and CP3 was his first year here. Harden’s had a stud next to him for three seasons.

No, that's not what elite means.

CP3 was for one season, and Harden was beating the most talented team of all time that year when CP3 went down.

That's the last time I'll respond to anecdotal examples. Rosters of all the championship leaders show Harden is among the worst if not the worst when it comes to having All NBA teammates, and he still outperformed predictions and for the last 2 years he wiped the floor with everyone but the most talentd team in NBA history.

To put it in perspective, Durant's Warriors didn't even play full strength to brush Lebron aside.

lol Howard wasnt elite... especially considering how the refs were treating him...he perhaps was capable of elite play but refused to play the right way

LOL - Sure, just ignore the facts.

Your very same argument can be said for Kawhi - Parker, Ginobli, Duncan, Danny Green, Marc Gasol, Siakam were not all stars at time either but still playing at very high to elite level.

    Truth is not your enemy.

They were, and I would say the same about their squads if they had elite talent that just so happened to not be named all-nba. And truthfully, Howard got that designation his first season here (meme conveniently starts the following season) and he didn’t make it the next year because of games missed. Same with CP3 his first year here. But both were still playing at an elite level when they played. That’s truth.

Then include both Dwight and CP3.

Via your criteria, Harden still faced more loaded teams his entire Rockets career.

    By a huge margin.

Harden has had less but he’s had enough. He was one game away from the Finals and put up two stinkers. He’s capable of going insane but didn’t.

He hasn’t been blessed to be on a team where he could have a stinker and still win. I’ll give him that.

1 superstar and 1 all star enough to beat a team with 2 superstars and 3 all stars and 3 refs?
