    Hopefully a team like the Patriots pick him up. We might have to play them in the playoffs

    I hope he does well. He was terrible here but its not like he was a terrible teammate. just a terrible player.

    and again in NFL.com comments section about this news, panthers fans are thinking he will be the #2 WR along with steve smith. :grin:

    Are the Panthers trying to build contender or are they content with being a mediocre team?

    I think they're headed down the right path. Looking at Jacoby as their fourth or fifth receiver and punt returner at the min doesn't mean that they're throwing in the towel.
