    So so so excited that the Texans have Watson and don't have to be gambling AGAIN on a backup that should be starter type.
    I'm not sold on Jimmy G. I guess he can be Matt Schaub-esque in terms of overall success, ultimately.
    But that doesn't really excite me as a fan.
    Even with some of the "obvious" names in college struggling a bit... the prospect of that would excite me much more if I was a 49ers fan.

    I guess the upside is that the 49ers can figure out how good Jimmy G. is in these next 8 games and STILL pick a QB in the first round...

    He's the Patriots backup QB, 3 year deal.

    Went from 0-8 to 6-2 team and pocketed $7.25M from the 49ers.
