Who is he? I heard his name mentioned and he's supposed to be pretty good.

    The Texans are gonna rock!!!

Kickass. Those are some pretty good players there imo, if they aren't too expensive.

    WR

Crowell, Booker, Hakim, Jurevicius, Ogden, Pathon, Shroeder

    RB

Olandis Gary, Lamar Smith, Amos Zereoue, Hearst, Watters

    LB

    Cowart, Gildon, Earl Holmes, Trotter

Some of them will be restricted, but those are the guys I would look at. And like Hottodie said, that's not even counting the players who will be cut due to the salary cap crap.

Jeff, he's a pro-bowl calibre center for the Bears. I know he's been to the pro-bowl at least once. Not sure if he went this year or not.

Geez. Just get Dilfer. You'll be guaranteed at least six or seven wins then. :)

I don't think Dilfer is going to have much interest in Houston. I've heard and read that he wants to play somewhere that has a chance at the SB, and that may be Washington. There was also another team mentioned, but I can't remember what it was.

He probably does...he looked at the team so far, and objectively concluded that the team had the two most important ingredients a team needs to win....Sterling and Sharpe....

Ya, Dilfer really really fits in Spurrier's wide-open attack.

Kruetz is arguably the best young center in the NFL. I'm unsure as to whether or not he would leave Chicago for a expansion team, but I would at least try to pry him away from the Bears

I don't really care what the record is the first year, it's good to have a team. :D I think we'll win at least 3 or 4. So long as we beat dallas and tennesee I'll be happy.

Don't know about you, but I'm ready.

That's where I heard about him. I've been out of football since the Oilers left and now I'm trying to catch up at full speed.

Can I just say that I've never been more excited about a sports season? And it's still 6 months away! :(

Imagine if we had Lewis and Hakim running patterns....wow. They may never catch the ball, but they would be flying all over the place with our offensive line.

That would be every team in the league.

I'm most excited about the Seth Payne pick. He's my boy from Cornell...

(We don't produce many NFL players, so I rest my hopes on him...)

I don't know if has the brains, but physically, he is more talented than a Danny Wuerffel or Shane Matthews.
