I know people were hesitant to give up Gordon, and especially Tucker when it first became known that Butler was available.

After the start to the season and Gordon's not-so-hot performance so far, how do you feel about a Butler for Gordon trade now?

I think the question is actually would you trade Gordon and 4 first rounders for him.

Too steep. Gordon plus 2 sounds reasonable.

I don't like the poll choices, OP. There aren't enough of them. You should include options that reflect the number of #1 draft picks tossed into the deal, for example, as well as who would be going with Gordon. It might make for a rather long poll, but it would enable members like me to vote in it.

Yes of course. Minnesota is clearly not interested in trading him to us unless we do EG + PJ + every first pick known to man. They don't care that our chemistry is being destroyed the longer this goes. EG can say he isn't effected by rumors but it's clear he is. I've given up hope of this deal going through where we get Butler. Hopefully this means Morey pulls a different trade whether it's for a big name or a nice wing role player like Oubre. A move needs to happen to get the chemistry back up. Everyone is on eggshells, if a deal goes through, the remaining players will not be looking over their shoulders constantly.

Throw in a few first rounders. Done.

First of all, I think Dieng is actually a decent player who will help us. Secondly, I totally trust Morey to manage to move him if necessary.

EG has been absolutely abysmal thus far. Can’t tell if this is just another slump or if the rumors have actually gotten to his head like some have mentioned. Either way I think it’s about time to move on.

I still wouldn’t do that. It seems like overkill when 4 picks is by far the best offer. Why add more?

Dieng is better than any backup big on our team + washed up Nene.
