If I were coach, I would play D. Mo for a lot of minutes. Morris should sit down on the bench because he has been useless. I would unleash D. Mo.
Morris is the one that should be sent to d-league instead of D. Mo.

I recall a certain 7'6" giant from China who had similar issues his rookie year, got to let them find their way...and sometimes that means from the prone position.

Yes Dmo should start playing over Morris,

Atleast Dmo can grab a rebound and finish around the basketball, Morris has horrible touch around the basket, really horrible.

And the way Morris is shooting 3's Dmo can hit about the same clip with consistent minutes.

Its definitely time to get him out there.

I don't think the front office would be too happy if Patterson and Morris were benched in favor of a late first round rookie. Those two guys were lottery picks and were deemed top 5? players in their respective drafts.

DMo seems to try harder on defense. Every time we tried to come back Morris would completely blow a defensive assignment which was frustrating.

there is a difference between him and Yao, Yao gots a low center of gravity for his size. Dmo doesnt, he gets pushed a round..

Dmo can play, dont get me wrong but he wont be able to guard bigger guys and the problem we have is not on offense but rather on the Defensive side of the game.

D-mo should play over Aldrich and when Morris stinks, over him too.

    We should trade Morris first....
to take him out of rotation will decrease his trade value!

I agree that DMo is getting pushed around, but his effort and energy is incredible. The kid is hungry and if you watch him when he gets in the game he is hustling on both offense and defense. He deserves minutes.

    yes and no.

yes mchale should be playing dmo.

no, morris is fine. its cole aldrich that needs to stop playing and his minutes should go to dmo instead.

in conclusion yes mchale is stupid for playing cole aldrich instead of dmo.

At least D-Mo seems have some decent post moves, vs Morris and Adrich who have zero post moves and total garbage around the basket.

When developed properly, he will be another important piece. You can't compete in playoffs while having zero post offenses.

the strength will come. from his twitter, it seems like he does a lot of weight training and trying to improve in that area.

i think he has to just wait his turn. is he closer than tjones? i know dmo was tearing it up in the dleague.

there's really not enough minutes left with pat and morris in the rotation. mchale was just desperate. but i did like lin+dmo together.
