it's the injuries that made T-mac lost athleticism http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tracy_McGrady so it's not just the age. but Dwade should change the way he plays to avoid injuries
He never really learned an outside jumper, and that's going to hurt him as he gets older. He's still athletic and smart enough to be a very good player, but I fear his time as a superstar may be just about finished. This begs the question: With Kobe, Wade, and Manu on the decline, is Harden now the best SG in the NBA? If not, will he be by this time next year?
The guys is a dominant scorer, but he gives up a huge amount of points for the other team by playing lazy defense, mussing rotations, and complaining about the officiating. He's been doing all of those things for years. If he'd use some of his quickness to play D, he'd be ten times better than he is now.
It's amazing that Kobe has stayed a top 10 players long after the likes of Iverson, Vince, and T-Mac dropped from the scene. Now add Wade to the list.
Anyone remember when people were saying the Heat were dWade's team and that LeBron was just a role player? lmao oh the memories
kobe leading the league in scoring... again. and Always in decline. i would like to decline in life like him.
Wade is no taller than our very own Jeremy Lin but dang I wondered how the heck he was able to bump off big guys in a way prime Barkley couldn't even manage to do then complete tomahawk jams.
On the wrong side of 30 and injury prone. I'm surprised his freak athleticism stayed with him as long as it did. I always said if Wade played smart, he could lose a step (or two) athletically and basically be prime Brandon Roy. I'm doubtful he is smart enough to tweak his game but I'm not completely counting him out yet.
Dont care what yall say...he's still very exciting to watch. No he's not the same he was, but still top 2 sg...
These threads are always hilarious. How many of the "Is Kobe done?" threads have we had on Clutchfans, lol. If people keep on making these threads year after year, they'll eventually be right I suppose since father time is undefeated.
