My favorite black underrated actor was this guy. Damn shame he didnt get more hollywood time.

I'm not really a huge fan of him as a hip-hop artist. I think he's an alright rapper, but I usually don't really like the beats that he chooses to use. Now with that being said, "Awaken, My Love!" is great. Just a really enjoyable Funk/Soul record.

As to the main question of this thread, I'd say he is. As both a creator and a performer, he's really killing it right now.

I remember the first time I saw this in tv live. Thought it was pretty great. Otherwise I just know a few of his most popular songs. Still dig this watching it again. A few dates refrences in there ie Casey Anthony haha

I don't think Rocky showcased a lot of acting talent, just saying. Btw, Danny Glover is just ok.
