Lebron in LA. No reason for him to be there. That's a rumor that's pretty much a joke

Another name, Aaron Gordon. Not saying he's on the block, but then neither is LeBron.

Clint is valuable, he should work harder on defense, His offense though limited, is useful too, Nene is awesome for his age, but the Rockets need another scorer, rebounder in the paint, plus a better backup PG. Gordon can play that role, but it would be nice to see another guard who can give us around 10 minutes a game.

Then improve the 4. Unless you get Marc Gasol, how are you going to improve the 5?

Oh ok. He may actually be 7' now. He looks a couple inches taller than Ryan

He’s not 7’. When I was at the opening night game against the Warriors I was looking at Durant standing next to Clint and Durant was taller. It’s well known that KD is 7’ tall, and unless he is 7’1” there is no way that Clint is 7’ tall.

We have to be realistic, a buyout of Tyson Chandler is the best that we can expect. I do think Morey might offer Clint plus Anderson
for Marc Gasol at the February deadline instead of giving Capela a big contract if he starts slipping up. Zhou or Hartenstein might be offered as a sweetner to complete the deal. I'm in favor of retaining the team, and adding a buyout player at this point.

Clint has done well against Gobert this season, but he really needs to pick it up on both ends of the floor in the next few days. It will be a big challenge for him. We will need a healthy Ryno too. Nene is trying hard, but he is slowing down. Tarik won't cut it, I'm afraid.

Just noticed this and I’m sure it’s already been posted but Clint is tied for 2nd in total blocks and is 3rd in BPG.

    Go, Clint!

That makes no sense to me. Gasol has 3 more years at $22M, $24M and $25M and is hardly the type of center who would flourish in MDA's offense. He's a decent 3PT guy, but I can't picture him beasting it in an uptempo offense. He's great with the Grizzlies because they're plodding style highlights his assets and hides his liabilities.

Exactly. Capela is really good and while a big part of that is simply doing his job and letting his guards set him up, he's clearly gotten way better and probably has a higher ceiling than what we're seeing so far. Gasol's value is in running the offense which is unnecessary here, we operate on guards touching the ball which results in alley oops and 3 pointers.

Every time I see Capela do well I think...awesome, but then there are nights like the 1st half vs the Lakers where he just gets beat and I think....this inconsistency sucks.
