Is anyone else worried that we will lose Chris Finch this summer?

    Harden played exactly the way they wanted him to play, thats the problem.

    If he's the Rocket's guy, he should be hired as head coach. Why even go through the interview and grooming process if you know he's the one you want?

    Would not be upset to see him go. His offensive philosophy is exactly what you see on the court, coming at the defense with "unpredictability" and nothing set, just guys forcing their way to the basket. Results have been very mixed

    Yes, I don't blame Harden - I blame the org for their lack of planning, lack of vision, and holding on to a crappy philosophy over playing to your players strengths.

    There is little doubt 3 and D can work but you need 3 and D players..if you don't have them you adapt to what you do have.

    I'd not be worried one bit about losing anyone who spent even a week under the incompetent McFail's tutelage.

    In fact, i'd be glad if they are all dumped. They could have only learned horrible things from one of the worst coaches in NBA history.

    If he's our offensive coordinator, he's done a solid job. I don't understand how we were a top 10 offensive efficiency team with the total lack of offensive talent on this team besides Harden.
