Jason Friedman: When Jason was asked about those stats with PPat instead of DMo his response was I didn't see this posted anywhere else and thought it was worth posting for everyone to enjoy. DMo still has a lot of growing to do but we have seen two games where his defense was really good and his height really bothered his opponent. We have seen him put the ball on the floor at the 3 point line and drive hard into the paint to get his teammates an easy basket. His energy has been infectious. He still needs to give a consistent effort rebounding and he needs to just get more consistent as a player period but he is certainly looking like he is going to be a special player.
Might have something to do with the other 4 guys finally getting more into a groove as well. I assume the 2pat stats go all the way back to the beginning of the season with Lin was really sucking.
Actually even Harden had some bad game after he burst onto the scene. Anyway ridiculous comparing 109 minutes vs maybe 1000 plus minutes?
The Patterson starting lineup has played 566 minutes. Not quite 1000 plus. The 109 minutes of the Dmo lineup is the 4th most used unit of the season so far.
Yep that's the logical take but this is just a case where I saw the tweet and just thought it was great to read some positive stuff about our team
Here are all the lineup stats. http://stats.nba.com/teamLineups.ht...n=2012-13&PerMode=Totals&MeasureType=Advanced
DMo has made positive strides every minutes he's been on the court. He's learning how to keep his arms straight up on D and not jump on fakes. All in less than 10 starts. He was destined to be a top 10 lotto pick until someone questioned his motor. Look who ended up wrong
