If LeBron James is so great, why does he have to change teams and stack the deck with superstars

Take james harden out of those games with an injury and leave just chris paul in and the results would have been the same. They were swarming james harden like gnats on a fruit. They covered all his passing lanes. That's why it is important to have a two headed beast in the game at all times. Hell we probably could have won the series with eric gordon getting injured over paul. Don't blame harden when no one else shows up to the party. At least one of them went down swinging.

LBJ with a 33 point triple double...
...Curry/Thompson/Draymond combined for 31 points on 11-35 shooting...

...and the Cavs still lose by 8.

I should add... Bron even got respectable contributions from Kevin Love and Rodney Hood. Durant went super nova, and there was nothing they could do about it.

KD with one of the best most efficient playoffs games I've ever witnessed. I'm not sure he's not the best player in the NBA. Literally NOBODY could guard him

Let KD lead the Cavs to the Finals, we will see, and Lebron hide amid the Worriers.

ariza and rockets guarded him pretty well but the refs saved him and put him in the finals

he and his 3 other allstar teammates would have lost to a team with only one all star player were it not for the refs.. thats how good Durant is

Cavs have 2 allstars (Lebron, Love)

Also 2011 Heat (Lebron, Wade, Bosh) lost to Mavs (Dirk)

2014 Heat (Lebron, Wade, Bosh) lost to Spurs (Parker)

Also Jordan was the only allstar on 1991 and 1998 championship Bulls

Chris Paul is still an Allstar and a Star, his numbers went down, he did not have to score that much. That is why he wasn't voted into the Allstar Popularity Contest.

But he proved yet again, he is more than just a normal Allstar in Game 4 and Game 5 of the Playoffs.

Barring injuries which he had aplenty.

So to say that Houston only got one Allstar is just superficially right.

And let's be honest, Draymond just made it into the Allstar contest because he was on the Warriors.

Draymond on any other team, maybe on the Allstar snub list or not even that.

A player who only scores 11 pts a game, playmaker and enforcer what not, does not matter, is not an Allstar by normal standards.

So yeah, it was the refs + 3 and a half Allstars vs 2 legit Allstars (1 without recognition). And Elite Defense.

Lol gimme a break dude where was he the last couple of games?

Its pretty easy to play your best when you have 3 all stars picking up the slack.

LOL being an all star is more than just scoring the pts duh.

Draymond Green is amazing, his impact on the court is undeniable he would have been an all star on any team with at least 1 star.

    Lol too.

So you think Draymond Green can be an Allstar on the Suns or Sactown with similar stats 11 pts 7 rbs 7-8 apg?

The problem for you would be that the Coaches would have to vote him in, without his GSW friends, I dun think so.

He would be looking more for his shots and be a more selfish guy, getting into altercations.

He would be a good player but not necessarily an Allstar lock.

If LeBron is so great, how come there's no LeBron 2?

Lol. How many times has the refs saved Lebron? It's the same story. The difference is KD doesn't shrivel up in the last 2 mins like Lebron did last night

Lead the Cavs to the finals? He already lead the Thunder to a finals in a HARDER conference. Try again

    Right?

I get it, we all hate Durant now. I'm right there at the front of the line.

It doesn't change how great he is. It's BECAUSE he's so great that I hate him for joining the Warriors. I don't think he's a better player than Lebron but he's a better scorer. He can shoot from anywhere and be efficient and he's so dang long that nobody can really bother him.

We all know Lebron does more of the intangibles. But it's at his own DETRIMENT at times. Just like last night when the game is on the line, KD's closing the game for the win, while Lebron's deferring to Tristan Thompson & Kevin Love. Lebron had a triple double but shrunk again when it counted

While this is true to an extend, its also easy to play with another 3 all stars a great system and so on, put him on Cavs and i doubt they get past Celtics, its easy to score so much when you're always having single coverage, it would be way diff when teams would constantly double team you (like they do on Lebron and Harden) dude would have much more trouble scoring, i don't doubt his ability to score, but when he was at OKC he have chocked against GSW to begin with and he still have Westbrook for all his flaws and some decent role players, put him on this years Cavs team and he'd have games with terrible shooting games with supbar 20 points.

You are the one saying he will look more for his shots so why will he remain 11 7 7. He can easily bump that to a triple double if he was the focus and considering how Westbrick became MVP with a triple double Draymond can get all star easily.
