    Will it take some of the blame off of him ex: him doing his part, or magnify the failure of the Lakers even more with him being more accountable?

    I'd almost prefer he did, just because it would draw attention to the fact that PPG does not automatically mean wins.

    It means the guy takes care of himself like a champ. It would be unprecedented, and a true testament to his preparation and dedication to his craft.

    However the only cred he'll get around here is the same ole crap (aka ^^^)

    I think Kobe knows he won't win anymore championships, so he's just trying to climb the all-time scoring leaderboard.
