I'm pretty confident he won't, or maybe he will...yeah, i can actually see MDA playing Joe but he shouldn't imo. His defense is horrible, he can't run and for some reason he's just not making his shots when he catches a pass...i'm not exactly the greatest fan of Ryan as a player, but i can't wait to have him back.

Dude stinks. Should tell him to stay home during the playoffs.
Shot's gone. Slow. Poor defensively. All around terrible player. Will be shocked if he's stil in the nba next year.

    Scrub

Almost on the level of busty samuel dekker

Just when I thought we got rid of all scrubs who played rotation minutes, we get another one

    PUKE

His shooting is the most disappointing thing. He’s getting wide open looks.

Anyone still defending his trash play and want to see him in over GG?

    No?

    Ok.

there's 3 things that's painfully obvious about joe johnson at this point.

    he's slow
    he's unathletic
    and he can't shoot.

he's shooting under 27% from 3 as a rocket this year.

no amount of positive vibes is going to change that.

He's not going to play over a healthy : Gordon , Luc , PJ ... for sure . And I'm 90 % sure that he won't play ahead of GG and Ryan .

He's an OK matchup for a few situations . I don't think he will be used much ... unless we are just blowing people out .

He and Green both kind of suck, to be honest. I prefer Green, but he’s laid some real goose eggs lately. -19 today.

I Still believe jj, can b useful. Someone needs to play to when we have injured players. He need to play to make rotations bigger so most of the posters on here cant complain about smaller rotations. Gg and jj play at the same time basically.

    This is ridiculous

Joe is consistently trash. Green is inconsistently good.

Greens role isn't to be a 6th man of the year candidate. He isn't that good. There isn't a NBA championship team that had every bench player 6th man worthy. No team players 8-10 deep has that. For the role Green plays in comparison to other NBA players who play a similar role to their team, he is FARRRRR and AWAYYYYY from anything even resembling 'kind of sucks'.

Green can come back and have a HUGE game. You expect a player playing that role to be fairly consistent/streaky. That far down the bench it comes down to this: 'Does the good outweigh the bad, overall is he a contributor to the team?'.. Green is, Joe isn't.

Joe is a scrub. Green isn't a scrub. Joe can't put up big games. Green can.

I absolutely wanted Joe Johnson when I thought he might be available. I was a fan of what he could bring to the table.

    But, yes, Joe is washed.

At this point, his best attribute is being on the floor late in games when it is a FT shooting contest. He can probably hit those pressure FTs.

But, with "playoff intensity" and teams playing less bench units, Joe really gets exposed with his limitations against higher caliber players.

You can literally see the stink lines  on TV as soon as he checked in the game.

He's avg on defense and stunk it up on offense.

Come on MDA. Give it a break and let him cheerlead on the side line.

He isn't physically fit for the game either. If he was, he would be doing a good job.

I've almost never seen him hit a shot, he stops the offense as well.
