What's the HTML code used when you have a thumbnail of a image and you want it to automatically open in a new window when the viewer clicks on the thumb? [This message has been edited by DREAMer (edited May 28, 2000).]
If you mean having the browser open a brand new window with the link and leaving the thumbnail window entact, you use a special HREF tag: a href="http://www.clutchcity.net/" TARGET="_blank" The TARGET specifies the place where you want the link opened. _blank means a new browser window. If you want to open a size-specific window that fits the exact size of an image (a pop-up window), you will have to go into javascript to do that. To view an example, click the link below: <a href="http://www.saveourrockets.com" TARGET="_blank"></a> ------------------ "No one gets out ALIVE!" I was talking about just opening the page that contains the full-sized image in a new browser window. Just like what you did with the SOR.COM image. The reason I want to do this is because, I'm switching all my web pages over to XOOM.COM and sometimes when you click on an image a second banner will open at the top of the page. So, if each image opens in it's own new window, viewers of my pages won't have to worry about that. Thanks for the help.
