i realize these arent as common as apartments. But what other methods do you guys suggest on finding a townhome in area you prefer? Ive tried zillow, har.com, craigslist...should i just do the old fashion way and drive around in hopes of finding one?

May be a better idea to use a bicycle.

I would plant fliers in the areas you're interested in with your name and number

Ask them to hit you up

I mean if it's not on Zillow, HAR, or Craigslist, I don't know what you're hoping to find. And yes, drive around the area you like. There's really no trick to this. Look online, look in person, or contact a real estate agent (but don't be shocked if the real estate agent just sets up a saved search on HAR with the criteria you gave him).

Har.com is the best way. My mom is a realtor if you need one btw.

Might move too fast in a car. A bike would be better for browsing.

Dress up as a pretend Mormon and go knocking on people's doors and instead surprise them with a proposition to lease their townhome. That is how I met my first girlfriend.

I've got a 3BR for lease by Dynamo Stadium. Probably going to rent it out for the Superbowl, but after that - vacant. HAR is the only way to do it, brah.

har.com is by far the best way. I found a great place for $1,900/mo.
