I'm of the opinion that Dwight Howard should be cheered in his return tomorrow. He chose the Rockets, worked hard here and was probably the one Rocket who brought it the hardest in the playoffs. However, I recognize that he left the Rockets and he has been booed by fans of his previous teams in Orlando and Los Angeles.

What should the reaction be tomorrow?

That POR/HOU series he gave us a couple years back was awesome. Every year except last year he gave us his best. He should be cheered when he makes his return back to Houston.

I wouldn't cheer him, or boo either. I'd do the same thing that I'd do when John Henson or Jusuf Nurkic are introduced... Absolutely nothing.

A bunch of different emotions if you ask me, but out of those 3 years 2.5 were good years straight up. It didn't work out you know, I will cheer for him I guess. Are the Rockets doing a Video for him by chance?

I don't like him, but the fans should not boo him, they should be neutral. But is not like there's going to be a lot of fans anyway, because downtown is very full due to the Super Bowl week.

He took us to the furthest we have been in the playoffs since a long time ago. He was chief in getting us to the WCF.

I wouldn't boo him at all. Too bad it didn't work out with Harden. If anything I would be neutral to slightly cheering

Ehh I still love Dwight but I'm not sure he deserves much of a reaction at all... I hope we don't boo him tho

They're playing ATL, while ATL is in town for the Superbowl. That Rockets game will be an event.

May not be too many Rockets fans there though.

Dwight deserves to be CHEERED. Do not boo. He CHOOSE Houston in FA. He helped the team get to the WCF. He left, but the Rockets are doing great. It's all good. Just tip your cap.

While I was never a fan of Dwight myself, it's not like he did anything here to deserve getting boo'ed. He didn't trash us as he was leaving, pose for a pic with Mark Cuban, etc.

At the same time, I'm not going to cheer him. I'll save the cheers for players who really made a lasting impact while they were here. Otis Thorpe's first game back as a trailblazer comes to mind.

    Just total indifference for me.

Dwight for all accounts is a nice guy who has been generous in his contributions to the Houston community.

If you think you've done more to benefit the town, then I suppose you can boo him or he indifferent. If not, then you should give recognition to the guy for all he's done on the court and off during his tenure here.

Looking at Dwight Howard videos right now, def shouldnt boo him. Last season's struggles wasnt all Dwight, its easy tho for the media to single him out tho.

You never cheer for opposing players unless they are team legends which Dwight is not. But I see no reason to boo him directly, just boo his team.

I hope fans stay together, keep their head high, smile, stay positive and bring championship belts because no matter what, we're all champions tomorrow night.

And before you sit down, grab the genitals of the person next you.
