I noticed this too - his passes with his right hand aren't as accurate or crisp. But I don't know if I'd call it an "inability to pass with his right" - most players rarely pass with their off hand.

The only reason that this is even an issue is the extreme level of scheming teams have to do to even slow him down. Most players aren't dominant enough for a weakness like this to even be relevant.

I dunno, I'm seeing different things from what this guy is saying...the middleton crashing down on capela as some strategy? So if you foul someone going the rebound/lob (push in the back) and don't get called for it...it's a good strategy? Yeah, I suppose if they aren't going to call it then cool.

I could've sworn I've seen him make good passes with his right before...maybe he hasn't and I never noticed....

He shows examples of great passes that are bricked...okay.

And how the guy lets him get by bc Harden never passes back? Well...there was no one behind him to pass to and playing right next to him allows Harden to easily take a step or 2 and viola....he's behind him. Not sure what he's trying to say there.

Hardens "best pass of the night to shumpert" was a pass behind him after saying he never passing behind him. I dunno...I guess I just don't see it.

Anywho, I found a passing vid on him...yep definitely mainly passes with his left (of course), and when he passes with his right it's typically 2 handed.

He was throwing dimes all over the place. What the hell?

    The hate is unreal.

    Gordon/Tucker, make a F'ING SHOT.

This dude went to all that trouble and managed not to mention that Harden's been playing with an injured right wrist for several games now? What an idiot.

    > Right wrist not at 100%
    > Harden was flinging passes all over the place but teammates didn't hit their open shots

    > Conclusion: Harden sucks at passing with his right.

Sounds about right for the media.

    Harden is lefthanded.
How about stepback with his right foot?

This is great. Harden will go to school on it and develop counters. He loves to solve puzzles.

Honestly had tucker and Gordon not bricked so many wide open threes Harden created for them he could have ended up with 15 to 17 assists

Solution... just take it to the basket himself or just step back all day long. 75 point game incoming.

I gave a pass to Gordon for this game because he was playing hurt, but it sure hurt us. I hope he will make a big difference against the Nuggets. Tuck gets overworked, when Faried is absent, but he should have made some of them. Unfortunately, fitness problems are starting to hurt us down the stretch. I wish DJ had signed with us after a buyout too.

ppl haven't been watching Rockets enough and think this is a new defense.
Milwaukee did same defense in January, and Harden had 42 pts.
Some teams right after that tried it as well.

I'm going to call this ICE the ISO defense. Usually ICE is on a PnR, but Bucks were first to do it on an ISO, that I can remember.

    ------------------------------------------------
Here is the Lakers copying the strategy and Harden going for 48 pts, 6 assists.

Here you can see Memphis do it in the 1st Q, at least, just a few games ago.
JH scores 57 points, 8 assists
I haven't watched the whole highlight

JBB did it in January too, right after Bucks did.
    Again JH scores 57 points
