You are forgetting something rather important in this hypothetical post.... we don't have Mac and seem not to be interested , also , if something that the rox would have been interested in doing would have gone through, you would think it would have already been done .

I don't think the first deal helps the Rockets at all. They would be giving up way too much and getting little more than a shot at the number one pick.
