Don't know about Houston, but it is basically used as currency by service industry employees in Austin.

Heres a simple one- Get your oil to about 400 degrees and then drop in an UNOPENED can of your beer of preference. No, need to check. Youll know when its done.

It’s a real failure that the country is so far behind on testing. It would offer a lot more clarity for people if we knew for sure what kind of numbers we are dealing with.

I would imagine the officials cancelling these events are getting different info from professionals trying to estimate what they might be dealing with.

we have data to look at. We know how the virus spreads and extrapolates. That’s why these decisions are being made.

Do you have a video of one of those popping open in the oil, causing a beer/oil mix spilling over ... then FIRE!!

I would almost assume that this means people who have been confirmed to have COVID-19 went to the rodeo. Is this too much of a stretch?

Really makes the mayor look silly with his "the rodeo is just a local event" comment.

have you not noticed how many other major events have been canceled. the pressure all around was eventually going to force the rodeo to close. no way were they going to stay open for the rest of the month without backlash. everything fell in line once big events like ultra canceled

Some towns have a DOG as the mayor apparently. Don't expect too much from a mayor.
