I'm not sure about any nicknames for Wiggins or Kunnert. Not so trivial trivia, for anyone that wants to know : I believe it was a fight between Kunnert and Kermit Washington that Rudy T was trying to break up when he got clocked and had his face shattered.

 

He was a beast in college, but never really lived up to it in the NBA.

I wouldn't have remembered it, but now that you mention it... I recall something like that. But I wonder if that was more his playing style in the NBA. Maybe Gene kept calling him that.
